How we work

At Red Rose Properties we try and keep the whole process as user friendly as possible and try and use as little 'jargon' as possible.

Here is the process, Firstly you fill in the aplication form, where you will fill in all your details including, reason for selling, estimated property value, contact details and any other information they may help the aplication.

We aim to reply within 48 hours, where we then inform you if we are able to help you with the sale of your property and in some cases actually make you an offer for what we think the investors would be interested in buying your property for, this is usually given as a figure but on occasion it will be a percentage of the full market value of your property, this figure is negotiable but may reduce the chance of the investors being interested in your property.

Once we agree a figure, we then pass on the details of your property to our panel of investors where they will look through the details and decide wheter they would like to purchase your property, once an investor contacts us we pass on your contact details to them and they will arrange a viewing of your property and if they are still interested in your property they would then make you a formal offer, which may be made after a survey of your property has been made.

If you then accept the offer and you would like to rent the property back this is the time you would need to agree a rent back figure with the investor this would also be the time to agree a buy back figure should you be interested

And if everything goes to plan the sale should go through in around 28 days
