How much will this service cost me? Nothing, we recover costs from the investor
How long will the process take? We aim to reply to all enquires within 48 hrs, once we have all your details and you have accepted our offer in principal, we will pass on your details to the investors, the investors can take upto 7 days to reach a discission, we will keep you informed of their discission and should they be interested and once they contact you, arrange a viewing and accept their formal offer the sale should go through in around 28 days
